To ensure the security and integrity of all user accounts, Nexara X implements a standard 10-day safety lock on new accounts. This period is used for account verification and fraud prevention, ensuring that your earnings are protected and your first payment reaches you securely. We want to ensure that your data and hard work are completely safe. This time helps us confirm your account is free from any illegal access or fraud.

To maintain system balance and ensure timely daily payments for all our users, a withdrawal limit of a minimum of $5.00 and a maximum of $10.00 per day is in place. This policy allows us to process payouts efficiently without long delays. We don't want you to wait long to reach a high payout threshold; this system ensures everyone can be paid daily without delay.

To prevent fraud and ensure a fair environment for all users, only one account is permitted per user, device, and IP address. All connections are monitored by our Aegis Alpha AI. Any attempt to create or use multiple accounts will be considered a violation of our terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of earnings.

Users are prohibited from using bots, scripts, or any automated means to complete tasks or interact with the platform. Any discussion or attempt to bypass our security measures is strictly forbidden. Such activities will lead to immediate and permanent account termination. Our priority is to maintain a secure and legitimate earning environment.

Claiming Activities - Zero Tolerance Policy:

• Tap Button Manipulation: Using auto-clickers, macros, scripts, or any automated tool to generate taps will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Mining Session Abuse: Attempting to manipulate mining timers, activate multiple sessions, or bypass the 24-hour cooldown will result in permanent account suspension.
• AirDrop Eligibility Fraud: Creating fake accounts, inflating balances through fraudulent means, or manipulating Trust Scores to gain AirDrop eligibility will lead to disqualification and account termination.
• Spin Wheel Exploitation: Any attempt to predict outcomes, manipulate results, or bypass ad requirements will result in immediate account closure.

⚠️ Warning: All claiming activities are monitored by our Aegis Alpha AI security system. Any detected manipulation will result in immediate and permanent account termination with forfeiture of all NXG and USD balances. No exceptions.
